The cultivation of corn in Trentino is rooted far back in time: the second half of 1700. Yellow flour produced from corn grown and selected in the Storo, lower Trentino, and here cultivated with the techniques of integrated crop production.
Actually small cooperative established in 1991 that is located in the south-western Trentino on the border with the province of Brescia. Besides the famous flour, it produces products such as strawberries, berries, vegetables and potatoes. The producer members carry out the cultivation with methods of integrated production.
