Delicatessen product consisting of a mixture of pork meat, minced in minced meat. The whole is stuffed in natural wrap and dried in a hot air flow stove. The cotechin is cooked, packed in food bags and cooked in autoclave with temperature and time to guarantee the stability of the product. The finished product is red in color, with a typical flavor.


Nuovo Salumificio Vitali
